肝硬化糖代谢异常的研究

２６例肝硬化患者按口服葡萄糖耐量试验（ＯＧＴＴ）分为糖代谢正常组和异常组，用放射免疫法测定血浆胰岛素，胰高血糖素，生长激素，皮质醇，结果：糖代谢异常组在糖负荷后０．５～２ｈ血糖明显升高，空腹及糖负荷后２～３ｈ血浆胰岛素显著增高，空腹及糖负荷后０．５ｈ，血浆胰高血糖素显著增高，血浆皮质醇明显降低，血浆生长激素两组比较差异无显著性，两组患者肝功有指标及胰岛素敏感性指数（ＩＳＩ）均有有明显差异，提示肝硬

Studies on the abnormality of glucose metabolism in cirrhosis
