| 摘 要： | 目的了解医学生与职业人群在乙肝相关知识和态度方面之间存在的差异,提出对职业人群进行乙肝健康教育的必要性。方法采用整群抽样方法,对某医科大学130名学生和某软件园130名在职员工进行问卷调查。结果调查显示防治乙肝相关知识平均知晓率为76.8%。其中,医学生平均知晓率为82.6%,职业人群平均知晓率为69.3%。经χ2检验,医学生与职业人群防治乙肝相关知识平均知晓率存在显著性差异(χ2=39.76,P<0.01)。分别有16.9%的医学生和37%的职业人群介意和乙肝患者或病毒携带者共用毛巾、衣物;有71.8%的医学生和54.3%的职业人群不介意和乙肝患者或病毒携带者同桌吃饭,均有显著性差异(χ2=10.833,P<0.01;χ2=6.992,P<0.01)。结论职业人群防治乙肝相关知识知晓率低于医学生,医学生与职业人群对乙肝患者或病毒携带者仍存在一定歧视。
