| 摘 要： | 目的评价纵行带蒂包皮皮瓣作为尿道重建材料在修复尿道下裂的可行性及效果。方法采用纵行带蒂包皮皮瓣尿道成形术矫治先天性尿道下裂21例,其中阴茎型14例,阴囊型7例。结果20例重建尿道成活,外形接近正常。结论该术式具有并发症少,外形接近正常等优点,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the possibility and effect of longitudinal pedunculated prepuce flap one-stage urethroplasty in treating children's hypospadias. Methods From May 1997 to September 2005 21 cases with congenital hypospadias were treated by using longitudinal pedunculated prepuce flap one-stage urethroplasty(14 cases of penis type,and 7 cases of penoscrotal type). Results 20 cases operations were successful and had normal-appearing. Conclusion This procedure possesses the advantiges, which has less complications and near normal penis in appearance. |
