| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP)后近期3个月内排尿症状不改善者的原因及治疗。方法:回顾性分析58例TURP术后3个月内排尿症状无明显改善者的临床资料及处理。结果:入院再手术7例(12%),门诊治疗6例(10%),余45例(78%)未予以任何治疗,1年内症状自行缓解。接受再治疗者共13例,仅占22%。结论:TURP术后近期症状不改善的原因包括膀胱颈挛缩、尿道狭窄、尿路感染等,这部分患者需积极治疗;另外,很大一部分患者存在膀胱逼尿肌不稳定,这部分患者术后1年内症状可自行改善。
