| 摘 要： | 本文报告１例重症再生障碍性贫血患者因接受ＡＢＯ血型不合供体的异基因骨髓移植后并发纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血。采用血浆置换术２次,共置换出患者体内血浆３．２Ｌ后,血清抗＂Ａ＂血型抗体滴度由１∶６４下降至１∶８,骨髓幼红细胞比分逐渐上升,由血浆置换术前的０．００５上升至术后１２周的０．２１;红细胞输注量逐渐减少,血红蛋白逐渐升高,患者目前已完全恢复正常２年余。

| Abstract: | A patient with severe aplastic anemia received ABO incompatible allogeneic bone marrow transplantation; After transplantation, the patient complicated with pure red cell aplasia. We treated the patient with plasmapheresis and exchanged 3.2 liters of plasma, The anti "A" isoagglutinin titre decreased from 1: 64 to 1: 8 postpheresis; The percentage of bone marrow erythroblast increased from 0.005 to 0.21; the RBC requirement was greatly declined and the hemoglobin has became normal for 2 years. |
