《医学启源》从肝论治目疾之药味特点分析*

目的探讨《医学启源》中从肝论治目疾的药味特点及用药规律。方法 从《医学启源》中治疗目疾的药物之性味、质地、归经、配伍及禁忌等表现特性方面阐述其从肝论治目疾的治疗思想，从而得出其用药规律。结果 《医学启源》中治疗目疾药物味特点包括：性味多顺应肝脏苦欲补泻之法，质地轻清可循肝经上达目系，均归肝经可泻肝实或补肝虚，常配伍风药或以君臣佐使相配以治肝，慎用利尿剂以固护肝阴。结论 《医学启源》中治目疾之药味特点可体现张元素从肝论治的思想，其将药物的表现特性与脏腑的生理特性相结合，丰富并完善了脏腑辨证理论，拓宽了临证用药思路，对后世影响深远。

Brief Analysis on the Characteristics of Medicines of Treating Eye Diseasesfrom Liver in Medical Origin
