| 摘 要： | 回顾经皮脊柱内窥镜腰椎间盘切除术的发展，综述其历史和现状，介绍该领域的新技术，新进展，从手术原理与适应证，手术入路与专用器械，疗效与并发症等方面进行对比，总结各林式优缺点，总之，微创技术是现代外科的发展趋势之一，以内窥镜技术为特征的腰椎间盘突出症的微创治疗是一种有价值的外科疗法。

| Abstract: | Looked back on the development of the percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy(PELD),reviewed its history and present,and studied new advancement and technique in the field.The superorities and drawbackes of various operation approches were concluded by studying operation principle and indications,approch and tools,effects and complications.In one word,the minimal invasive technique is a trend of current surgery.The minimal invasive technique,which charactor is using endoscopy,is a valuable treatment to lumbar disk herniation(LDH). |
