磷酸钙骨水门汀修复髓室底穿孔后渗漏的实验研究

摘    要:目的 :寻求修复髓室底穿孔较好的修复材料。方法 :在离体牙上采用染料渗入法检测CPC、LGIC及CPC与LGLC夹层技术修复髓室底穿孔后的渗漏情况。结果 :三组穿孔修复材料的渗漏从小到大排列顺序为 :LGLC组、夹层技术组、CPC组 ,三组间渗漏无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :CPC具有良好的密封性能 ,其密封性与LGIC相近似。结合CPC的其它性能 ,认为CPC可作为髓室底穿孔较理想的修复材料之一。

Abstract:AIM: To explore a better material for repairing perforation of pulp bottom.METHODS:Application of penetration test to measure effusion in repairing perforation of pulp bottom with calcium phosphate cement, light-curing glass ionomer and both of them used in sandwich technique in extracted teeth. RESULTS:Restoration effusion of three groups in sequence from small to large were LGIC group, sandwich technique group and CPC group. The differences in dye effusion of the three groups were no statistically significance ( P >0.05).CONCLUSION:Calcium phosphate cement had excellent sealability, similar to light-curing glass ionomer cement. It is considered to be a better material for repairing perforation of pulp bottom in combining its other biological properties.
