16例子宫角妊娠的临床分析

目的　分析 16例子宫角妊娠临床特征。方法　采用回顾性分析方法对子宫角妊娠的发生因素及临床特性进行分析。结果　 10年来子宫角妊娠占异位妊娠总数的 0 .71% ,近 5年的发生率为 1.0 1% ,呈逐年上升趋势。临床特征为 :阴道不规则流血明显 ,腹痛呈阵发性。B超有助于诊断。结论　子宫角妊娠的病因可能与盆腔炎 ,宫内节育器有关 ,治疗根据个体化原则而选择手术或保守治疗。

Clincal analysis of 16 cases with pregnancy in horn

Objective TO analyse the clinical features of 16 cases with pregnancy in horn .Methods The cause for prcgnancy mhom and the c!intca!features of it were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of the total ectopicpregnancies,pregnancy in horn was 0.71%in the last ten year,While the incidence Ofpregnancy inhom was 1.01%in the last fiveyears、increasing year by year.The clinical features is obvious,irrgular,Vaginal bleeding and paroxysmal abdominal para. B Ultrasound is an assistant method for diagnosis.Conclusion The cause forpregnancy in homis probably relmed to pelvic inflammatory disease and lnlrauterme device.The treatment is Surgical or conservative,which is selected according to different conditions.
