| 摘 要： | 目的评价螺旋CT对胃癌术前分期的应用价值。材料与方法应用水充盈技术对63例胃癌患者行螺旋CT扫描，并与病理对照。结果46例胃癌病灶均明显增强，CT检出率为95.8％，胃癌侵犯深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移分期的准确性分别为70.8％、66.7％、80％。结论应用水充盈技术行螺旋CT扫描对胃癌患者的术前分期有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To evaluate the clinical value of helical CT in preoperative staging of gastric carcinoma. Materials and Methods: 63 patients of gastric carcinoma were scanned by helical CT with water filling method. CT findings were compared with histopathologic studies of the resected specimen. Results: Forty six cases showed enhancement of the entire lesion. The overall detection rate was 95.8% (46/48). The accuracies of helical CT according to TNM staging in determining the depth of tumor invasion, regional lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis were 70.8% (34/48), 66.7% (32/48), 80% (16/20) respectively. Conclusion: The helical CT with water filling method is effective in staging of gastric carcinoma. |
