妇科血证证治规律研究

摘    要:妇科"血证"包括多种类型女性生殖器官病变,其证治规律及方药配伍研究对中医妇科学的发展可能起到关键性促进作用。笔者从妇科"血证"证治机制、"调经"证治规律及机制"、三阴论治"理论与周期治疗、月经与肝、脾、肾脏腑理论、"气血""精血"理论与月经关系、治法理论、"调经妊子"内涵及机制、证候规范、规律以及局部病变与全身表现间关系、方药配伍及其规律和物质基础等方面进行了探讨,认为开展妇科"血证"证治规律研究,对于中医妇科学应用基础和临床研究均具有重要意义。

Abstract:The uterus bleeding is one of the most important diseases in TCM gynecology including various types of female organ.The principles of syndromes and treatment and the synergy study of Chinese drugs may have special advantage and notable clinical efficacy.The study was made from the mechanism of treating uterus bleeding,the mechanism of regulating menstruation,the theory of three yin and period treatment,the theory of menstruation with liver,spleen and kidney,the relationship between menstruation and qi blood and essence,the theory of treating methods,the mechanism of regulating menstruation for pregnancy,the standards and laws of syndromes,the relationship between local area and whole body,the synergy law and its objective basis and so on,and the study of principles syndromes and treatment for uterus bleeding in gynecology is very important for the development of the Chinese gynecology.
