摘    要:医院人力资源管理水平的高低对医院能否产出安全有效的卫生服务有着重大影响。JCI标准从人力资源的规划、人才招聘、员工考核评价、继续教育、档案管理等方面对医院人力资源管理水平的改进有较好的参考价值。

Abstract:The level of human resource management plays a central role in the production of safe and effective health service in hospital. As the highest medical authentication standard in the world, JCI provides references for the improvement of hospital human resource management, which includs human resource planning, personnel recruitment, employee performance evaluation, continuous training and special personnel archives.
