药源性红斑狼疮229例文献分析

目的：探讨药物引起的药源性红斑狼疮的特点及一般规律,促进临床合理用药。方法：检索1975—2009年中国医院数字图书馆CHKD期刊知识库收载的中文医药卫生期刊,对有关药源性红斑狼疮229例报道进行统计分析。结果：涉及引起红斑狼疮药物42种,以抗菌药物、抗心律失常药、抗高血压药和抗精神病药为主,计210例（91.7%）。结论：临床工作者应重视药源性红斑狼疮的分布规律,以确保用药安全。

Review of 229 cases of drug-induced lupus erythematosus

Objective：To explore relationship with the drugs administered and characteristics of drug-induced lupus erythematosus.Methods：229 case reports on drug-induced lupus erythematosus retrieved from Chinese medical science periodicals from 1975 to 2009 collected in CHKD periodical data bank of China Hospital Digital Library were analyzed statistically.Results：About 42 drugs were involved in the cases.The top four categories of drugs involved in lupus erythematosus were antimicrobial agents,anti-arrhythmic agents,antihypertensive agents and antipsychotics.210 cases（91.7%） were associated with these four kinds of drugs.Conclusion：It is essential for clinical practitioners to master the distribution patterns of the drug-induced lupus erythematosus so as to promote medication safety.
