护生职业礼仪培养的必要性

职业礼仪是职业形象的重要组成部分，作为医院间接组成部分的护生，其职业礼仪也在很大程度上影响医院形象，在实习阶段对护生进行职业礼仪培养，不仅弥补了护生校内教学方面的不足，同时也符合现代护理理论，医院CI战略需要以及维护护生自身形象，增强自信心的需要，也为培养高素质的护理人才奠定了良好基础。

Necessity to Foster Occupauional Etiquette of Nursing Students

Occupational etiquette is an important part of occupation image. Occupational etiquette of nursing students to a large extent will have impact on hospital image.
