手术室优质护理预防重症患者术后感染及预后的影响研究

目的探讨手术室优质护理预防重症患者术后感染及对预后的影响。方法选取2015年9月—2016年10月在本院进行手术治疗的重症患者92例作为研究对象,按抽签顺序随机分为2组,每组各46例。其中对照组实施常规护理措施,观察组在对照组护理基础上实施优质护理干预,比较分析2组患者术后的感染情况、ADL评分及临床护理工作满意度情况。结果观察组细菌定植及感染情况较对照组明显降低,护理满意度明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组进食、洗澡、修饰(刷牙、洗脸等)、穿衣等生活活动能力(ADL)评分较对照组患者有明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对手术室重症患者实施优质护理干预可有效降低患者术后的感染机率,提升术后日常生活能力,提高患者及家属对于护理工作的满意度。

Effect of high-quality nursing care on postoperative infection prevention and prognosis of critically ill patients

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing care on postoperative infection prevention and prognosis of critically ill patients.Methods A total of 92 patients with intensive care were enrolled in our hospital and were randomly divided into two groups according to admission order.The control group was treated with routine nursing measures, and the observation group was treated with high-quality nursing intervention on the basis of nursing group.The infection status, ADL score and nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed.Results The bacterial colonization and infection of the observation group were significantly lower, and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher (P<0.05).ADL scores in eating, bathing, modification (brushing, washing, etc.), dressing of the observation group were higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The high-quality nursing intervention for critically ill patients in the operating room can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative infection and improve the daily living ability and satisfaction of the patients and their families.So its clinical application is remarkable and worthy of application and promotion.
