责任血管包含椎基底动脉面肌痉挛患者临床特征及微血管减压术的治疗效果

目的探讨责任血管包含椎基底动脉面肌痉挛患者临床特征及微血管减压术的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析69例面肌痉挛患者的临床资料,按照责任血管是否包含椎基底动脉分为研究组16例和对照组53例,均采用微血管减压术进行治疗,分析2组患者的术后近期及远期疗效。结果研究组患者的术后远期疗效更差(P0.01),男性患者更多(P0.01),糖尿病者更多(P0.01),而2组患者的术后近期疗效及功能障碍比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。责任血管中包含椎基底动脉是术后远期疗效差的影响因素。结论微血管减压术治疗责任血管包含椎基底动脉面肌痉挛患者的术后远期疗效更差,患病部位以左侧为主。

Clinical characteristics of facial spasm patients with responsible blood vessels containing vertebral basilar artery and effect of microvascular decompression therapy

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of facial spasm patients with responsible blood vessels containing vertebral basilar artery and the effect of microvascular decompression therapy.Methods The clinical materials of 69 patients with facial spasm were analyzed retrospectively.According to the vertebral basilar artery containing in responsible blood vessels,the patients were divided into research group (n =16) and control group (n =53).All the patients were treated with microvascular decompression therapy,and postoperative short-term and long-term effects were compared between two groups.Results Compared with control group,the long-term effect in research group was worse (P ＜ 0.01),ratio of male patients was higher (P ＜ 0.01),and ratio of patients with diabetes was higher (P ＜0.01),but there were no significant differences in postoperative short-term effect and dysfunction between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Responsible blood vessels containing with vertebral basilar artery was the influencing factor of poor postoperative long-term effect.Conclusion Long-term effect of microvascular decompression therapy is poor in treatment of facial spasm patients with responsible blood vessels containing vertebral basilar artery,and the location of the disease is mainly in left.
