综合护理干预在冠心病心绞痛患者临床治疗中的应用

目的探讨综合护理干预在冠心病心绞痛患者临床治疗中的应用价值。方法选取84例冠心病患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组42例(接受血压控制、观察病情变化、健康宣教、心电监护、用药指导等常规护理)和观察组42例(在对照组护理基础上接受综合护理干预),比较2组患者心绞痛发作率、心绞痛持续时间、住院时间、临床症状(发热、咳嗽)缓解时间、行为领域情况。结果观察组心绞痛发作率为11.90%,低于对照组的30.95%(P0.05);观察组护理后心绞痛持续时间、住院时间、发热持续时间、咳嗽改善时间均短于对照组(P0.05);护理后,2组患者面对评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);护理后,2组患者回避、屈服评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在冠心病心绞痛患者的临床治疗中应用综合护理干预效果显著,能有效降低心绞痛发作率,缩短患者心绞痛持续时间、发热持续时间、咳嗽改善时间及住院时间,改善患者对疾病的应对方式。

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in clinical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods A total of 84 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into control group with 42 cases and observation group with 42 cases according to the random number table method, receiving blood pressure control, observation of disease changes, health education, ECG monitoring, medication guidance and other routine care and comprehensive nursing intervention, respectively.The attack rates of angina pectoris, duration of angina pectoris, hospital stay, relieving conditions of clinical symptoms (fever, cough), condition of behavior were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of angina pectoris (11.90%) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (30.95%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The duration of angina pectoris, hospital time, and duration of fever and cough improvement in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);The scores of confronting in the two groups were higher, and avoidance and surrender scores were lower than nursing before, and the observation group in scores of confronting was higher, and avoidance and surrender scores were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention is significant, it can effectively reduce the rate of angina pectoris, shorten the duration of angina pectoris, fever duration, cough improvement time and hospital stay, and improve the patient's response to disease.
