标准化流程在腹腔镜专业器械消毒灭菌中的应用效果

目的观察标准化流程在腹腔镜专业器械消毒灭菌中的应用效果。方法选取本院清洗消毒室应用标准化流程开展腹腔镜器械的消毒灭菌工作,观察应用效果。结果应用标准化流程后,本院腹腔器械灭菌合格率由91.2%提升至96.1%,腹腔镜器械隐血阳性率由39.5%降低至5.7%。结论标准化流程能够提升清洗消毒室的工作效率,提高腹腔镜器械灭菌合格率,降低腹腔镜器械隐血阳性率,值得临床借鉴应用。

Effect of standardized process in disinfection and sterilization of laparoscopic professional instruments

Objective To observe the application effect of standardization process in disinfection and sterilization of laparoscopic professional instruments.Methods Standardized procedures was carried out for the sterilization of laparoscopic instruments in the disinfection room in our hospital, and the application effect was observe.Results After standardization process, the sterilization qualified rate of abdominal equipments in our hospital was increased from 91.23% to 96.05%, occult blood positive rate of laparoscopic instruments decreased from 39.47% to 5.70%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The standardization process can improve work efficiency of cleaning and disinfection room, improve sterilization rate of the laparoscopic instruments, reduce the occult blood positive rate of laparoscopic instruments, which is worthy of clinical application.
