改良根治术治疗乳腺癌的围术期护理

目的探讨乳腺癌行改良根治术的围术期护理措施。方法选择本院行改良乳腺癌根治术患者120例,以随机数字表将其分为对照组与研究组,各60例。对照组采取常规围术期护理干预,研究组在此基础上给予强化围术期护理干预。观察对比2组入院与出院时负性情绪的变化,以及术后并发症情况。结果研究组出院时SDS与SAS评分均低于对照组(P0.05),研究组术后并发症发生率3.33%,低于对照组15.00%(P0.05)。结论强化围术期护理干预措施可以有效改善改良乳腺癌根治术患者的负性情绪,降低并发症概率。

Perioperative nursing of breast cancer treated by modified radical resection

Objective To explore perioperative nursing of breast cancer treated by modified radical resection.Methods A total of 120 patients with breast cancer radical resection were divided into control group and study group by the random numbers table method, with 60 cases per group.The control group took routine perioperative nursing intervention, and the study group was given intensive perioperative nursing intervention.Negative emotions change on admission and at discharge, and postoperative complications were compared.Results The SDS and SAS scores at discharge were lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 3.33% in the study group, which was lower than 15.00% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthened perioperative nursing intervention measures can effectively improve negative emotions of patients with breast cancer, reduce the incidence of complications.
