综合护理干预对肛瘘手术患者术后自理能力及康复情况的影响

目的探讨综合护理干预对肛瘘手术患者术后康复情况及自理能力的影响效果。方法选取112例肛痿手术患者随机均分为试验组和对照组,分别采用综合性护理干预、常规性护理干预,对比2组患者术后康复情况及自理能力。结果试验组自我责任感、概念及健康知识水平等自我护理能力评分高于对照组(P0.05);试验组尿路刺激征、导尿、尿潴留发生率低于对照组,术后前3 d所测VAS评分低于对照组,排尿时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);试验组护理满意度高于对照组且住院时间短于对照组(P0.05)。结论对肛瘘手术患者实施综合护理干预,可降低术后尿潴留发生率,有效减轻术后疼痛,改善康复情况,提升患者自理能力和对护理工作的满意度。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on self-care ability and rehabilitation of patients with anal fistula

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative self-care ability and rehabilitation of patients with anal fistula operation.Methods A total of 112 patients with anal fistula operation were divided into test group and control group.The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention was given to the test group.The rehabilitation and self-care ability of the patients in two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the test group had significantly higher self-care ability score in self-responsibility,concept and health knowledge,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);Compared with the control group,the incidence of urinary tract irritation,catheterization rate,urinary retention rate were lower and VAS scores in the first three days after operation was significantly lower,and urination time was shorter,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the test group was higher,the length of hospitalization was shorter,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary retention,reduce postoperative pain,improve recovery and self-care ability,and enhance patients'satisfaction to nursing work.
