循证护理在重型颅脑损伤气管切开术患者护理中的应用

目的探讨循证护理在重型颅脑损伤气管切开术患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取100例重型颅脑损伤气管切开术患者随机分为2组,对照组采用常规护理,实验组加施循证护理,比较2组患者生命体征、血气学指标、凝血指标、相关临床指标、并发症、疾病预后与家属护理满意度。结果干预后,实验组MABP、HR、R、p(CO_2)、BUN水平均显著低于对照组(P0.01),且实验组p(O_2)水平显著高于对照组(P0.01);实验组住院时间、ICU时间、医疗费用与黏膜损伤率显著低于对照组(P0.01);实验组出血、呼吸道阻塞、脱管与感染的发生率均低于对照组(P0.05);实验组疾病预后与家属护理满意度均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论循证护理应用于重型颅脑损伤气管切开术患者中效果显著,护理满意度高。

Application of evidence-based nursing in tracheotomy patients with severe craniocerebral injury

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in tracheotomy patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 100 tracheotomy patients with severe craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with evidence-based nursing.Vital signs,blood and gas indicators,coagulation parameters,related clinical indicators,complications,disease prognosis and nursing satisfaction of family members were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of MABP,HR,R,p (CO2) and BUN in the experimental group were significantly lower(P ＜ 0.01),and p (O2) level was higher than that in the control group.The time of hospitalization,ICU time,medical expenses and mucosal injury rate were significantly lower,bleeding,respiratory obstruction,tube-off and infection rates were significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The prognosis of patients and nursing satisfaction of the family members were significantly better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in tracheotomy patients with severe craniocerebral injury has significant effect,and it can improve nursing satisfaction.
