| 摘 要： | 采用回顾性研究方法,对2004年1月至2015年12月收集的1221例沙利度胺ADR/ADE病例报告进行综合分析.本资料以中老年居多.经与药品说明书对比,发现有肝功能异常、白细胞减少、心律失常、胸闷、血栓形成、视觉异常等在药品说明书"不良反应"项无相关风险提示.应加强沙利度胺所致ADR/ADE的监测工作,尽快完善说明书安全性信息的相关内容,为临床合理用药提供支持.

| Abstract: | Retrospectively, 1221 reports on ADR/ADE induced by thalidomide from Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2015 were analyzed. The case reports displayed that the elderly were the major part in the patients. Comparing with the items in drug instructions, there were no warnings of adverse drug reactions such as liver function abnormalities, leukopenia, arrhythmia, chest distress, thrombosis, visual abnormalities, etc. It's important to pay attention to the ADR/ADE caused by thalidomide and up-date drug instruction to ensure the safety of patient medication. |
