优质护理干预措施在单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的应用效果分析

目的探讨优质护理干预措施在单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的应用效果。方法选取单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者92例作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各46例。2组均行常规治疗,对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施优质护理干预,比较2组患者单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎症状消失时间、不良情况及复发情况。结果干预后,观察组视力情况高于对照组(P0.05);观察组皮疹消失时间、眼部损害消失时间及疼痛消失时间均短于对照组(P0.05),观察组不良反应率低于对照组(P0.05)。结论在单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者治疗过程中实施优质护理干预效果较好,可有效提高患者视力,缩短症状消失时间,减少不良反应。

Effect of high quality nursing intervention for herpes simplex virus keratitis

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing intervention for herpes simplex keratitis.Methods A total of 92 patients with herpes simplex keratitis treated in our hospital were selected as study subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine therapy,and the observation group was additionally given high quality nursing intervention.The disappeared time of herpes simplex keratitis symptoms,adverse reactions and reoccurrence condition were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group in eyesight (P ＜ 0.05);The disappearance time of rash,eye damage and pain in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);The adverse reactions rates of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion High quality care intervention can effectively improve the patient's vision,shorten disappearance time of symptoms,and reduce adverse reactions for herpes simplex keratitis patients.
