鼻空肠管营养支持在食管癌术后护理中的应用研究

目的探讨鼻空肠管营养支持在食管癌术后护理中的应用效果。方法本院对32例食管癌手术患者为观察组,术后采用鼻空肠管营养支持。选取同期收治的30例食管癌手术患者为对照组,术后采用鼻胃管营养支持,比较2组的营养支持的耐受性、营养情况、营养期间体质量的变化及不良反应。结果观察组营养7 d后的白蛋白、前白蛋白均高于对照组,淋巴细胞计数多于对照组;观察组肠内营养支持的耐受性高于对照组,营养第7天时体质量下降小于对照组,吸入性肺炎、胃潴留、呕吐等发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论鼻空肠管营养支持能够提高食管癌患者术后肠内营养的耐受性,改善营养水平,减少不良反应。

Application of nasojejunal tube nutritional support in postoperative nursing for esophageal cancer

Objective To investigate the application effect of nasojejunal tube nutritional support in nursing of esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 32 esophageal cancer patients with operation in our hospital were included in observation group, given nasojejunal postoperative nutritional support.Another 30 esophageal cancer patients during the same period were selected as control group, given nasogastric tube nutrition support after operation, the changes of body weight, nutrition tolerance, nutritional status and adverse reactions were compared.Results After 7 d, the serum albumin and pre albumin in the observation group were higher than that in the control group, the lymphocyte count was more than that in the control group, the differences was statistically significant (P<0.05).The tolerance of enteral nutrition in the observation group was higher, the decreased body weight at 7 d of nutrition was less than that in the control group, aspiration pneumonia, gastric retention, vomiting incidence rate were lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Nasojejunal nutrition can improve the nutrition tolerance of postoperative enteral nutrition of esophageal carcinoma patients, improve the level of nutrition, and reduce the adverse reaction.
