高血压脑出血患者术后的全面护理与康复状况观察

目的比较传统护理模式与全面护理模式下高血压脑内血肿患者术后不良反应发生情况、日常生活能力、心理状态及护理满意度。方法选取入院接受神经外科治疗的高血压脑出血患者97例,根据入院顺序分为2组,对照组41例采用常规护理模式,观察组56例采用全面护理模式。比较2组患者术后并发症发生情况、日常生活能力Barthel指数、抑郁焦虑状态SAS、SDS评分及护理满意度,分析2种护理方式在高血压脑出血患者中的临床意义。结果观察组患者肺部感染、泌尿系统感染、褥疮的发生率均显著低于对照组。观察组护理后Barthel指数大幅增加,焦虑SAS评分及抑郁SDS评分显著降低;观察组满意度显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论全面护理模式可显著降低患者术后不良反应的发生风险,提高患者日常生活能力,减轻患者焦虑抑郁现象,同时可大幅提高患者护理满意度及治疗依从性。

Comprehensive nursing and recovery of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after operation

Objective To compare the incidence of adverse reactions, daily living ability, psychological state and nursing satisfaction of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hematoma by traditional nursing and comprehensive nursing.Methods A total of 97 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups according to the order of admission, 41 cases in control group treated with normal health care and 56 cases were treated with comprehensive nursing mode.The incidence of postoperative complications, the Barthel index of daily living ability, the state of depression and anxiety, SDS score, SAS score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Clinical significance of two nursing methods in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were evaluated.Results The incidence of pulmonary infection, urinary tract infection and bedsore in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group.The Barthel index in the observation group after nursing was significantly increased, and the anxiety SAS score and depression SDS score decreased significantly.The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing mode can significantly reduce the risk of adverse reaction in patients after operation, improve the ability of daily life, reduce anxiety and depression, greatly enhance the satisfaction and treatment compliance of patients.Therefore, it is worth in the future in-depth application in clinical nursing.
