肢体康复训练指导对老年高血压合并脑卒中患者预后生存质量的应用效果

目的探讨肢体康复训练指导对老年高血压合并脑卒中患者预后生存质量的应用效果。方法选取本院接受诊治的86例老年高血压合并脑卒中患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和研究组各43例,对照组接受血压控制、用药指导、生活能力训练等常规护理,研究组在对照组常规护理基础上实施肢体康复训练指导。比较2组患者护理前、护理2个月后活动能力、神经功能、肢体运动功能及生存质量变化。结果护理后2组患者活动能力评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组;护理后2组患者神经功能评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组;护理后2组患者上肢、下肢的运动功能评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组;护理后2组患者的总体健康评分、精神健康评分、社会功能评分、生理职能评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组。结论肢体康复训练指导能有效促进高血压合并脑卒中患者运动功能及神经功能恢复,改善患者生存质量,提高预后效果。

Effect of physical rehabilitation training on prognosis quality of elderly patients with hypertension complicated with stroke

Objective To study the effect of physical rehabilitation training on the prognosis of elderly patients with hypertension combined with stroke.Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with hypertension combined with stroke were enrolled in our hospital, and were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method.The control group received blood pressure control, medication guidance, life ability training and other routine care;and the study group with 43 patients were trained on physical rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing.The changes of activity, neurological function, limb motor function and quality of life were compared before and after 2 months of nursing care.Results The scores of the two groups were higher than nursing before, and the study group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);The neurological function scores of the two groups were lower than nursing before, and the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);The exercise function scores of upper and lower extremities were higher than nursing before, and the study group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The overall health score, mental health score, social function score and physiological function score of the two groups were higher than nursing before, and the group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Physical rehabilitation training can effectively promote the rehabilitation of motor function and neurological function in hypertensive patients with stroke, improve the quality of life of patients and improve the prognosis.
