穴位按摩结合康复护理对脑卒中恢复期患者神经功能缺损及日常生活能力的影响

目的探讨穴位按摩结合康复护理对脑卒中恢复期患者神经功能缺损及日常生活能力的影响。方法收集入院的50例脑卒中恢复期患者随机分为2组,对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者则加施穴位按摩结合康复护理,比较2组患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分(CNS)、Barthel指数评分以及不同护理后的有效情况。结果护理后,2组患者CNS评分较护理前均显著下降,且实验组较对照组下降更更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);护理后,2组患者Barthel指数较护理前均显著下降,且实验组降低更显著(P0.01);实验组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(P0.01)。结论穴位按摩结合康复护理能改善缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能缺损,改善患者CNS评分,有效的促进肢体功能康复,提高日常生活自理能力,具有临床上推广使用价值。

Effect of acupoints massage combined with rehabilitation nursing on neurological deficit and daily living ability in stroke patients in recovery

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoints massage combined with rehabilitation nursing on neurological deficit and daily living ability of stroke patients in recovery.Methods A total of 50 patients with stroke were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, the patients in the experimental group were treated with acupoints massage and rehabilitation.Clinical neurological deficit score (CNS), Barthel index score, efficacy after different nursing were compared.Results The clinical neurological deficit score (CNS) scores of the two groups was decreased after treatment, and it was significantly lower in the experimental group than that of the control group (P<0.05).The Barthel index scores of two groups were significantly decreased, and it was lower in the experimental than that of the control group (P<0.01).The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Acupoints massage combined with rehabilitation nursing can improve the neurological deficit and CNS score, effectively promote the rehabilitation of limb function, improve self-care ability in daily life.
