标准化口服水化方式预防下肢CT血管成像检查对比剂肾病的效果

目的分析标准化口服水化方式预防下肢CT血管成像检查(CTA)对比剂肾病(CIN)的效果。方法选取行下肢CT血管成像检查的78例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(常规口服水化方式)及观察组(标准化口服水化方式)各39例,比较2组对比剂肾病预防效果。结果观察组对比剂肾病发生率10.3%,对照组为30.8%;2组患者血流变、水化预防后肾功能指标比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论标准化口服水化方式可降低下肢CT血管成像检查过程中对比剂肾病发生率,降低肾功能受到的损伤,维持更加平稳的血流动力学,可作为优选预防手段加以推广使用。

Effect of standardized oral hydration on prevention of contrast-induced nephropathy in lower extremity by CT angiography

Objective To analyze the effect of standardized oral hydration method on prevention of contrast induced nephropathy (CIN) in lower extremity by CT angiography(CTA).Methods A total of 78 patients with lower extremity angiography in our hospital were as the research objects, and were randomly divided into control group (routine oral rehydration method) and observation group (standardized oral hydration type), with 39 cases per group.Preventive efficacy of two groups were compared.Results Incidence of CIN in the observation group was 10.3%, and 30.8% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Blood rheology and renal function indices after water prevention of two groups showed significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized oral rehydration method can significantly reduce the incidence of contrast-induced nephropathy and kidney function damage of lower extremity by CT angiography, and maintain stable hemodynamics, so it is valuable in promotion.
