临床护理人员总体幸福感与自测健康和社会支持相关性研究

目的 了解临床一线护理人员主观幸福感、自测健康、社会支持状况.探讨自测健康、社会支持对总体幸福感的影响.方法 采用总体幸福感量表、自测健康评定量表、社会支持量表对某院81名临床一线护理人员进行测评,并以其总体幸福感总分为应变量,以自测健康评定量表各维度分和社会支持总分为自变量进行多元逐步回归分析.结果 临床一线护理人员的总体幸福感总分为(114.19±13.80)分;自测健康总分为(326.10±40.04)分,自测生理健康为(136.95±12.65)分,自测心理健康为(101.90±18.71)分,自测社会健康为(87.25±17.29)分,健康总体自测为(28.22±6.28)分;社会支持总分为(42.51±7.14)分.总体幸福感与自测健康各维度和子量表、社会支持均呈正相关(r=0.221～0.553,P＜0.05);回归分析显示:心理症状与负向情绪、身体与症状器官功能、社会支持总分与护士的总体幸福感均成正相关.结论 临床一线护理人员的主观幸福感与个体的健康状况、社会支持呈正相关.应加强护士的健康和社会支持,以提高其主观幸福感.

A Study on the Correlation between Clinical Nurses' Overall Sense of Happiness and Self-assessed Health Condition and Social Support
