| 摘 要： | [目的]了解淋球菌流行株的耐药现状及耐药水平。[方法]利用K-B法和琼脂稀释法测MIC确定淋球菌流行株对抗生素的敏感性。[结果]22株淋球菌对头孢三嗪等抗生素敏感性较高,对环丙沙星等氟喹诺酮类抗生素的耐药性较高。[结论]两种方法证明我地淋球菌流行株的普遍耐药,且菌株多重耐药严重,急需加强社区医疗用药监测。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To master the present situation and level of the drug resistance of neisseria gonorrhoeae.[Methods]The drug resistance of epidemic strains of neisseria gonorrhoeae were obtained and detected by the K-B method and the MIC.[Results]The susceptibilities of 22 gonococci to antibiotics were detected.The more sensitive antibiotics were Ceftriaxone,Spetinomycin,Piperacillin,Amipicillin/sulbactam,Cefotaxime,Amikin and Azitromycin.And the more insensitive antibiotics were Enoxacin,Lomefloxacin,Norfloxacin,Ofloxacin and Ciprofloxacin.[Conclusion]The resistant state of gonococci is common,and the multi-drug resistance is serious. |
