摘    要:目的探讨组织一氧化氮(NO)含量与一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性的变化规律,揭示其与衰老的关系。方法采用铜离子活化镉还原法、硫代巴比妥酸染色法和血红蛋白氧化测定组织NO、丙二醛(MDA)含量和NOS的活性。结果与青年鼠组(4-5月龄相比,老年鼠组(20-22月龄)心脑肾组织NO降低差异显著性(P〈0.01),而中年鼠组(9-10月龄)仅肾组织NO含量降低有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。中年鼠组比较,老年

Abstract:The relation between changes of tissues nitric oxide(NO) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) activity and aging were studied.Methods Tissue inorganic nitrate, malonaldehyde(MDA) and NOS activity of the heart, liver, brain and kidney were determinated respectively by Cu 2 activated cadmium reduction method, thiobarbituric acid(TBA) test and oxyhemoglobin oxidation method.Results Compared with the young rats group, NO in the heart, brain and kidney tissue of the aged rats group were decreased significantly (P<0 01) , but in the middle age rats group only kidney tissue NO decreased significantly (P<0 05) . Compared with the middle age group, NO only in the heart tissue decreased significantly in the aged group (P<0 01) . NOS actitvity in the heart and brain in the middle age rats group was lower than that in the young rats group (P<0 05) . NOS activity in the heart and brain in the old rats group was higher than that in middle age rats group, but that just in the brain had significant difference between two groups (P<0 05) .Compared with the young rats group, tissue MDA of the heart, liver, kidney and brain in the old rats group were significantly increased (P<0 01) , but only increase of tissue MDA of liver in the middle aged rats group had significantly (P<0 05) . Compared with the middle aged rats group, only increase of tissue MDA of liver in the old rats group was significantly (P<0 05) .Conclusions The study demonstrates that there is some relative between NO and aging.
