胎肝的免疫活性

应用酶组织化学和免疫组织化学方法,观察12例4～9月胎肝组织中的T淋巴细胞和树突状细胞,并用2例成人标本作对照。结果发现胎肝与成人肝比较,其免疫活性并不弱。用组织包埋方法进行动物实验也证实了这一点。

Immunoactivity of fetal Liver

The cells with immunological activities, T cell and dendritic cell, in liver tissue of doth fetuses (n=10) and adults (n=2) were odserved comparatively by means of chemohistology and immunohistology.The results showed that the number of T cells in liver tissue was more in fetus than in adult, and was found the most in the late pregnanttrimester.The dendritic cells were identical in namber in the late pregnant trimester and in adult, but was apparently more in the mid-pregnant trimester. The liver tissues from fetus and adult were embedded under the skin of rabbits. The pathological examination of the embedded tissues showed no difference between the fetus and the adult in the way of the rejection. The conclusion was that the immunological activity of the fetal liver was no weaker than that of the adult.
