| 摘 要： | Objective To explorer the change of both thyroid and sex functions of the depressive patients. Methods 89 depressive patients (depressive group) and 40 healthy subjects (control group) were recruited for the research. Thyroid functions (FT3, FT4, TSH) were tested by chemoluminescence method. Sex group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Both thyroid and sex functions of patients with depression were disturbed.Sex functions (T, FSH, LH) were tested by chemiluminesent immunoassay method. Results ①the level of TSH in the depressive group were lower than those of the control group(P<0. 05). ②he level of FSH in the depressive group were lower than those of the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Both thyroid and sex functions of patients with depression were disturbed.
