多灶性脉络膜炎的临床与荧光素眼底血管造影表现

目的 探讨多灶性脉络膜炎(MC)的临床表现与荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)的特点.方法 收集6例MC患者12只眼,对其临床表现和FFA图像进行分析.结果 6例12只眼均表现为眼底后极部和周边部多灶性脉络膜病变.FFA显示病灶区早期呈弱荧光.活动性病灶晚期有荧光渗漏,非活动性病灶呈透见荧光和(或)荧光染色.结论 MC相对少见,容易误诊.FFA可清晰地显示病灶,有助于确诊并指导治疗.

The clinical manifestations and the characteristica of fundus fluorescein angiography of multifocal choroiditis

Objective To explore the clinical manifestations and the characteristics of images of fundns fluorescein angiography (FFA) of multifocal choroiditis (MC). Methods Six patients (12 eyes) with multifocal choroiditis were gathered. The clinical manifestations and images of FFA were analyzed. Results The legions of multifocal choroiditis were found in posterior pole and near peripheral areas of ocular fundi of all the 12 eyes. The images of FFA of the legions showed hypofluorescence in the early phase, fluorescein leakage at the late phase in the active focus, and fluorescein gradual staining and window defect fluorescein in the inactive focus. Conclusions MC is a rare disease and often misdiagnoseat to other disease. FFA can show the legions clearly, which may helpful in diagnosis and guide the treatment.
