小肠充盈缺损23例分析

目的：分析引起小肠充盈缺损改变的病因及其临床和X线表现，以提高对它们的认识。方法：收集了23例小肠充盈缺损改变，分析了它们的病因，临床表现和X线表现。结果：23例小肠充盈缺损可分为小肠肿瘤，小肠息肉，小肠结石，小肠异物等四类。小肠肿瘤以腹痛，贫血，腹部包块为主要临床症状，恶性肿瘤主要表现为不规则充盈缺损，肠壁僵硬，粘膜破坏，而良性肿瘤充盈缺损较光整，粘膜改变以平坦增宽为主；小肠息肉以腹痛，消化道出血为主要症状。可单发或多发，充盈缺损直径均小于2cm，光整，可带蒂；小肠结石以腹痛，梗阻表现为多，可有胆石症病史，胃肠造影多为圆形或椭圆形充盈缺损，肠壁及粘膜不受累及；小肠异物大多有明确的吞服异物史，有腹痛或腹部不适感。其x线表现因异物不同而异。结论：肿瘤、息肉、结石和异物是形成小肠充盈缺损改变的常见原因。它们具有一定的临床表现和X线特征。

Analysis of 23 cases of small intestine filling defect

Objective: To analyze the cause and X-ray appearance of small imtestine filling defect to inprove the reconization. Methods: 23 cases of small intestine filling defect were studied, the cause, clinical and radilagical appearance were analyzed. Results: 23 cases included tumor, polyp, stone and foreign body of small intestine. They have diffent clinical and radiological appearance. The tumor has pain and mass of abdomen. The polyp has abdominal pain and bleeding of intestine, single or multiply polyps were noted. most of the stone has ablominal pain and intestinal obstruction. They have the X-ray appearance of circle or oval filling defect in Barium meal examination. The cases of foreign body of small intestine have the history swalloing foreign body. Conclusion: Tumor, polyp, stone and foreign body of small intestine are the common causes of small intestinal filling defect. They have different clinical and radiological appearance.
