NP方案化疗联合外照射治疗溃疡型食管癌

目的观察NP方案新辅助化疗联合外照射治疗溃疡型食管癌能否提高放疗疗效以及减少患者在放疗中食管穿孔等并发症的发生。方法1998年6月-2002年6月用新辅助化疗配合外照射治疗溃疡型食管癌研究。新辅助化疗 外照射治疗112例(综合组),单纯外照射治疗112例(单放组)。结果综合组和单放组病例出现穿孔趋势的分别为8%、48%,胸痛分别为20%、82%。近期疗效2个组有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论研究显示用NP方案新辅助化疗配合外照射治疗溃疡型食管癌能降低食管溃疡穿孔的发生率,提高近期疗效及生存率。

Vinorelbine/cisplatin neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with external radiotherapy for helco-esophageal carcinoma

Objective Purpose To study whether patients of helco-esophageal carcinoma using neoadjuvant chemotherapy(a scheme of vinorelbine and cisplatin) combined with external radiotherapy could raise the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of complications such as perforation of esophagus.Methods 224 patients of helco-esophageal carcinoma using neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with external radiotherapy from June in 1998 to June in 2002. 112 patients of the total received neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with external radiotherapy(group A), the others received external radiotherapy only(group B).Results The tendency of perforation and thoraalgia in patients of group A and B were 8%,20% and 48%,82% respectively. The numbers of patients with CR and PR were significantly different between group A and B (p<0.01).Conclusion This study showed that patients of helco-esophageal carcinoma using neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with external radiotherapy could raise the therapeutic effect and survival rate and reduce the incidence of perforation of esophagus.
