饮食干预对过敏性紫癜患儿康复的影响

目的：探讨饮食干预对过敏性紫癜患儿疾病恢复和复发的影响。方法：将80例患儿随机分为两组,每组40例,均予肾上腺皮质激素、抗过敏及对症支持治疗,观察组40例进行系统饮食控制;对照组40例只禁食海鲜,其它按常规进食。结果：观察患儿皮肤紫癜、腹痛、关节痛及尿蛋白消失时间和住院时间明显低于对照组（均P〈0.01）;观察组的复发率明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：对过敏性紫癜患儿进行饮食干预,能促进疾病的康复,缩短住院时间,降低复发率的发生。

Study the Diet Inter vention on the Pethabi lation of children with Henoch schonlein Purpura

Objective： To investigate the ieffection of diet on the recovering and recurring of children with HSP. Method： 80 patients who were treated with cortin,anti - allergy and supporting treating were divided in to two groups（ comparisons and observations ） at random, and each group with 40 patients. The observation group were controlled by systemic diet,while the other were forbidden to eat seafood and egg. Result： The observation group have less time for disappearing of symptoms such as purpura, bellyache, arthralgia and urinary protein than those in the other group（ P 〈0.01 ）. And the recured rate was obviousby lower in obsewation grap. Conclusion： Diet therapy is useful for recovering of the disease, can shorten time for been in hospital tand reduce the rate of recurring for the patients.
