泌尿外科学本科生实习中的伦理教育

泌尿外科在医学伦理上有着不同于一般科室的特殊要求。应专业知识培养与医学伦理教育并重；并加强正面引导，纠正不正确的价值观。在实践中应做好如下几方面：严格实习带教纪律；言传身教，率先垂范；积极换位思考，充分尊重患者；丰富教学形式，提高学习效果。

Ethical education on urology in the undergrafuates' internship

There is especial request for medical ethics of urology which is different from other disciplines. Medical ethical education must be paid equal attention to expertise culture. And suitable guide must be strengthened to correct wrong value. Practice suggested that we should do as follows ： to be strict with teaching discipline;to teach by word and deed and to be the first to set an example;to think by transposition and respect the patients ; to enrich teaching form and to strengthen effects of studying.
