带窦黏膜蒂骨瓣在上颌窦底升高充填术中的应用

（1）目的 探讨带上颌窦黏膜蒂骨瓣在上颌窦底升高充填术中的应用价值。（2）方法 选择上颌后部牙列缺失伴牙槽嵴骨量不足的病人12例。行上颌窦侧壁开窗，形成带上颌窦黏膜蒂骨瓣的骨板，与窦黏膜一起内转上提，形成新上颌窦底，植入颗粒状骨质，抬高上颌窦底，加高牙槽嵴，（3）结果 12例病人均取得了满意效果。仅1例病人一侧剥离上颌窦黏膜时并发穿孔，经处理一期愈合，随访1年均骨化良好，种植体稳固，无明显骨吸收。（4）结论 带上颌窦黏膜蒂骨瓣的上颌窦底升高充填术疗效可靠，操作简单，并发症少，易于临床推广。

AUGMENTATION OF THE FLOOR OF MAXILLARY SINUS WITH SINUS MUCOSAL BONE FLAP LIFT

Objective\ To evaluate the augmentation of the floor of maxillary sinus with sinus mucosal bone flap lift to increase alveolar ridge bone volume for placement of endosseous implants. \ Methods\ Twelve patients with posterior atrophic maxillae underwent augmentation of the floor of maxillary sinus with the sinus mucosal bone flap lift procedure were evaluated, in which the sinus mucosal bone flap with blood supply through the sinus mucous and the autogenous iliac crest combining HA grafting were used. \ Results\ Successful completion of augmentation of the floor of maxillary sinus was achieved in all patients. Only 1 of them, the sinus mucous was perforated during sinus mucosal bone lifting procedure, the perforation was then closed after proper treatment. Perfect ossification, stable implants and insignificant bony absorption were found during 1 year of follow up.\ Conclusion\ The sinus mucosal bone flap lift procedure with blood supply is an effective and reliable operation for augmentation of the floor of maxillary sinus .
