| 摘 要： | 胃癌最易通过淋巴系转移,已有淋巴转移者的术后5年存活率明显低于无淋巴转移者。本文报告胃癌27例术前或术后进行了胃淋巴造影,两例造影失败,3例造影剂堆聚未能扩散,其余22例均显示细条状淋巴管及淋巴结,其中8例显示淋巴结增大,外形并不整。

| Abstract: | Gastric carcinoma metastasis exists mostly in lymphatic system. The postoperative 5 years survival rate is definitively lower in the patients with lymphatic metastasis than those without lymphatic metastasis. 27 cases are reported in this paper. They all had took a gastric lymphography before or after operation. Among those, 2 cases were failed, 3 cases with local accumulation of contrast medium without spreading, and 22 cases showed thin linear lymphatic channels and some lymphatic nodes which were enlargeed in 8 cases with irregular shape. |
