海南省1476名医护人员疲劳症状的调查

[目的]了解海南省医护人员疲劳现况及其影响因素，为预防慢性疲劳综合征（CFS）提供科学依据。[方法]采用整群随机抽样的方法选择海南省3家三级甲等医院共1476名医护人员为调查对象，使用自制的一般情况调查表和疲劳量表-14（FS-14）进行问卷调查。[结果]FS-14总平均得分为（7．90±2．88）分，疲劳症状明显高于健康对照组人群，不同性别间疲劳总分差异无统计学意义。多元线性回归分析显示影响医护人员疲劳的因素有工作单位的差异、经常不吃早餐、饮食不规律、每周值夜班次数≥2和工作年限的不同。[结论]影响医护人员疲劳的因素是多方面的，应采取综合措施进行预防。

An Investigation of Fatigue of Medical Staff from 3A-hospitals in Hainan Province

[ Objective ] To determine the prevalence and influence factors of fatigue of medical staff from 3A-hospitals in Hainan, to provide scientific evidence for prevention of chronic fatigue syndrome （ CFS ）. [ Methods ] 1476 doctors and nurses from three Grade 3A-hospitals in Hainan were selected for the cross-section study. All subjects were assessed by Fatigue Scale 14 （ FS-14 ） and a self-administered questionnaire for general information. [ Results ] The mean score of FS-14 was 7.90 ± 0.08. The score was significantly higher than that in the control subjects. The prevalence of fatigue was 54.4%. No statistical difference was found between genders. The influence factors of fatigue were analyzed by multiple linear regression method, and the factors were different hospital of working, frequently lack of breakfast, irregularly food habits, night-shift working of two times a week and over, and years of working. [ Conclusion ] The influence factors of fatigue of doctors and nurses were omnifarious. Therefore, comprehensive measures should be taken to prevent fatigue.
