香橼药材高效液相指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的:采用高效液相色谱法,研究并建立香橼2个品种药材的指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC方法,用Kromsil C^18(4.6mm×250mm,5pm)色谱柱,甲醇和冰醋酸-水(3.1:100,v/v)梯度洗脱;流速1.0ml/min;检测波长284啪。结果:运用梯度洗脱得到的色谱图各色谱峰分离较好,达到中药指纹图谱研究的技术要求。结论:采用HPLC指纹图谱分析,可对香橼2个品种药材的质量作出评价。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study and establish the fingerprint of raw Fructus Citri by phased high performance liquid chromatography. METHOD: The chromatographic conditions were as follows: a Kromasil C18 column was used; the mobile phase was composed of methanol and acetic-water(3.1:100, v/v) with gradient elution; the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the UV absorbance detection was set at 284 nm. RESULT: Under the selected chromatographic conditions, good HPLC fingerprints of Fructus Citri were obtained. CONCLUSION: Quality of raw Fructus Citri can be controlled effectively by HPLC fingerprint.
