腹腔镜联合阴式全子宫切除45例

目的：探讨腹腔镜联合阴式子宫切除的适应症、手术方法、并发症及预后。方法：腹腔镜下用缝扎法电凝切断处理圆韧带、骨盆漏斗韧带，自腹腔镜或明式处理子宫动脉以下部分。结果：39例行全子宫切除及单／双附件切除；6例行单纯子宫切除；平均手术时间190min；平均出血180ml。术后平均住院日8.4d。手术并发症2.2％（1例），为术后不全肠梗阻。结论：腹腔镜联合子宫切除术安全、术后恢复快、并发症低，适于临床应用。

LAPAROSCOPICALLY ASSISTED VAGINAL HYSTERECTOMY REPORT OF 45 CASES

Objective To investigate the indications,results and complications of laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy. Methods: Endosutured and cut with high frequency current the round ligaments, pelvic unfundibular ligament/ovarian ligaments and tube in lapoescope,cut uterine arteries andcardinal ligaments in vagina. Results: 6 hysterectomies and 39 hysterectomies with unilateral or bilateralsalpingoophorectomies were completed. The mean operating time was 190 minutes and mean blood losswas 180ml,The mean hospital stay was 8. 4 days. No severe complication occurred intraoperatively. Onepatient (2. 2 % ) had incomplete intestinal obstruction and required second laparotomy,and the remainderrecovered satis factorily. Conclusions:Laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy was a safe and lessinvasive rnethod in the treatment of some gynecological disease. It had the advantage of quick recoveryand low complication.
