| 摘 要： | 目的了解乐陵市高一新生结核菌素试验结果,为有效开展结核病的预防工作提供依据。方法对乐陵市某中学2011、2012、2013级共5 733名高一新生进行结核菌素纯蛋白衍生物(PPD)试验,对强阳性者拍胸片进一步确诊。结果 5 733名新生中PPD试验阳性率25.22%,强阳性率7.74%,PPD试验结果年度间、性别间有统计学意义。结论该校结核病防治工作仍不容忽视,在新生中开展PPD普查对预防结核病有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To a new high of tuberculin test results in Leling City,and provide evidence for effective TB prevention.Methods Purified Protein Derivative of Tuberculin of a middle school in Leling City,2011,2012,2013 a total of 5 733 freshmen in high（PPD）test,the strong positive sternum further diagnosis.Results The positive rate of PPD test in 5 733 freshmen of 25.22 %,the strong positive rate is 7.74 %,the PPD test results of the annual,gender was statistically significant.Conclusions The tuberculosis control work of the school still can not be ignored,to carry out PPD screening is important work on tuberculosis prevention in freshmen. |
