血管内治疗与单纯抗凝治疗颅内静脉窦血栓形成临床效果分析

目的对比分析血管内治疗与单纯抗凝治疗在颅内静脉窦血栓形成患者中的具体应用及临床效果。方法选取2011年7月至2014年2月于我院实施治疗的颅内静脉窦血栓形成患者34例，随机分为两组，其中对照组（17例）实施单纯抗凝治疗，观察组（17例）实施血管内治疗，对比两组的临床疗效。结果治疗前，两组的VAS与NHISS评分水平无明显差异（P〉0．05）；经临床治疗，两组的VAS与NHISS评分均明显下降，且观察组的下降水平明显优于对照组，P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论较单纯抗凝治疗，血管内治疗颅内静脉窦血栓形成，可有效缓解临床症状，减轻患者疼痛，效果显著，值得推广。

Clinical effect contrast of endovascular treatment and anticoagulant therapy in the treatment of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis

Objective To compare the clinical effect of endovascular treatment and anticoagulant therapy in the treatment of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis. Methods 34 cases of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis in our hospital from July 2011 to February 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 17 cases in each group. Control group was given anticoagulant therapy alone, while observation group was given endovaseular treatment. The clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results Before the treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in VAS and NHISS scores between two groups （P 〉 0.05）; after the treatment, VAS and NHISS scores of two groups decreased, and the level of observation group was significantly better than that of control group, with statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with anticoagulant therapy alone, endovascular treatment for intracranial venous sinus thrombosis can effectively relieve patients＇ clinical symptoms, reduce pain, with significant effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
