| 摘 要： | 目的总结讨论血管内栓塞治疗破裂前交通动脉瘤的经验和体会。方法回顾性分析我院92例进行血管内栓塞治疗破裂前交通动脉瘤患者的临床资料并进行随访。结果92例中，100％栓塞者81例，95％栓塞5例，90％栓塞3例；动脉瘤破裂死亡3例，术后脑梗塞5例，死亡2例。随访87例，复发1例。结论破裂前交通动脉动脉瘤治疗比较困难，通过血管内治疗能够达到良好的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize and discuss the experience of endovascular emholization treatment for ruptured anterior communicating artery aneurysm. Methods The clinical data of 92 patients with ruptured anterior communicating artery aneurysm treated hy endovascular embolization were retrospectively analyzed and followed up. Results Among the 92 patients, 81 were 100% obliterated, 5 were 95% obliterated, 3 were 90% obliterated, 3 died of second rupture of aneurysm, 5 suffered postoperative cerebral infarction, and 2 died. 87 cases were followed up and 1 recurred. Conclusions Endovascular embolism is effective for treating ruptured anterior communicating artery aneurysm though it is difficult to treat. |
