摘    要:目的对某汽车加工企业职业病危害现状进行评价。方法采用职业病危害因素检测、职业卫生调查和检查表分析法等对作业场所职业病危害现状进行全面评价。结果企业生产过程中产生主要职业病危害因素有氧化铁尘、炭黑粉尘、氮氧化物、氨、丙烷、非甲烷总烃、硫酸、噪声、手传振动、工频电磁场、高温及热辐射,其工作场所检测结果除噪声合格率为86%外,其他检测项目合格率全部达到100%。结论各项检测结果基本符合《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值》中规定的职业接触限值,该企业采取的职业病危害防控措施合理、有效,职业卫生管理符合相关要求。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate an auto processing enterprise present situation of occupation disease harm.Methods The occupation disease harm factor examination,occupation health survey and inspection table analysis method for the comprehensive evaluation on the present situation of occupation disease harm workplace.Results Iron oxide dust,dust,nitrogen oxides,ammonia,propane,non methane total hydrocarbon,sulfate,hand transmitted vibration,noise,power frequency electromagnetic field,high temperature and thermal radiation from the major occupation disease harm factors in the manufacturing process,which results in the workplace noise qualified rate was 86 %,the qualified rate of other items all up to 100 %.Conclusions The detection results are consistent with the workplace harmful factors occupation contact limiting value specified in the occupation contact limiting value,occupation disease harm the enterprise to take prevention and control measures is reasonable and effective,occupation health management in accordance with the relevant requirements.
