威海口岸出入境人员HIV、梅毒监测结果分析

目的了解威海口岸出入境人员中HIV、梅毒感染情况,为有效开展HIV、梅毒防控工作提供科学依据。方法对2008-2012年威海口岸出入境人员HIV、梅毒监测资料进行分析。结果五年中共监测出入境人员57343人次,检出HIV感染者6例,梅毒感染者42例。HIV感染者检出率为0.01%,其中5例为输入性病例。梅毒检出率为0.07%,其中劳务人员检出病例数最多为26例,占61.90%,旅游探亲人员检出率最高为0.18%。各不同职业人群间HIV、梅毒的检出率差异有统计学意义(x2=57357.28,P<0.05)结论加强重点人群的HIV、梅毒监测体检,并加大对出入境人员的健康教育力度,提高其自我防护意识,制定积极有效的措施,有效控制性传播疾病对出入境人员的危害。

Analysis on surveillance results of HIV and syphilis infection among entry-exit personnel at Weihai port

Objective To investigate the infection prevalence of HIV/AIDS and syphilis among entry-exit population at Weihai port,and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control.Methods The surveillance data of HIV/AIDS and syphilis were retrospectively analyzed from 2008 to 2012 among entry-exit population at Weihai port.Results In the five years monitoring entry-exit personnel 57 343 people,6 cases with HIV infection,42 cases infected with syphilis.HIV infection rate was 0.01 %,including 5 cases of imported cases.The positive rate of syphilis was 0.07 %,the number of labor cases up to 26 cases,accounting for 61.90 %,Travel to visit relative personnel for the highest detection rate of0.18 %.Different occupation groups HIV,syphilis detection rate difference was statistically significant（x2=57357.28,P〈0.05）Conclusions It is very important to strengthen HIV、Syphilis surveillance among entry-exit personnel,to establish effective counter-measures,and to prevent the farther spread of STD.
