| 摘 要： | 随着心衰研究的不断深入,心衰的本质被逐步揭示,心衰时神经内分泌变化也越来越受到重视.国内利用神经内分泌指标探讨中医诊治心衰的研究刚刚开始,有利于对心衰"证"的实质性研究.本文综述了慢性心衰的辨证分型、心衰时神经内分泌的变化、心功能与两者之间的关系以及国内利用神经内分泌指标研究慢性心衰的现状,探讨心衰辨证客观化研究的可能.

| Abstract: | With the progressing research of chronic heart failure, the essentials of heart failure was gradually revealed, and neuroendocrine changes were called increasing attention. This paper presents the Chinese medical syndrome differentiation, neuroendocine changes, their relation with heart function, as well as the research situation of chronic heart failure from the perspective of neuroendocrine, to provide objective evidence for further researches. |
