| 摘 要： | １９８５年９月～１９９１年１月收治颅脑损伤患者人９９１例，其中１７例发生外伤后迟发性颅内血肿，占同期颅内血肿９４５例的１．８％。再次手术１５例（８８．２％），死亡６例（３５．３％）。讨论了外伤后迟发性颅内血肿的特征、诊断和发病机理。

| Abstract: | From September 1985 to January l991,17 cases of delayed posttraumatic intracranial hematoma were found which comprised 1.8 % of 945 cases of intracranial hematoma treated during the same period. 1 5 cases(88.2%)were reoperated. among them 6 cases(35.3%)died.The characteristics,diagnosis and pathognesis of the disease were discussed.The authors pointed out the importance of early diagnosis and reoperation of this syndrome. |
